Student Empowerment Summit Vendor

A full-day convening dedicated to empowering and supporting members of Black Student Unions & Associations, along with their advisors, school administrators, and allies. This event fosters collaboration, leadership, and advocacy to create more inclusive educational experiences for all students. Open to all races and ethnicities, attendees will engage in meaningful discussions and share strategies to drive positive change within their schools and communities.
The Student Empowerment Summit is on March 21, 2026 at Newark Charter Senior High School

Doors open at 9AM. The Summit will begin at 10AM.

Vendors should be prepared to arrive at 8:30AM.

Student will have free time to visit vendors from 9AM-10AM and from 12PM-1PM.

Each Vendor will receive one table and one chair.

Last year, we had about 350 attendees and we expect similar numbers this year.

Vendor cost is donation based. Suggested donation is $75.00. You can make that donation here: https://uwde.org/give-online/

If you cannot, make a donation at this time, it is no problem. We'd still love to have your organization attend.
